Regent Samsic’s premium London brand JPC has re-secured its £1.3 million contract to clean the city’s Chiswick Park commercial development. The incumbent cleaning provider since 2006, JPC started a new contract last November for a further three-year period after a successful re-tender to site management company, Enjoy-Work.
Enjoy-Work’s operations manager, Adrian Walker, said: “Following a fair tender process, we felt that JPC is the right partner to continue to work with. There was some excellent content in its presentation and we look forward to working closely with the company in the future.”
Chiswick Park comprises award-winning accommodation arranged as a necklace of 12 office buildings, each facing into an inner garden with two-tier lake, waterfall, decked boardwalk, pathways and a variety of tree planting to its landscape. It is one of several commercial sites serviced by Regent Samsic JPC including The Leadenhall Building, City of London, Harrods Estates, Broadgate Estates, Singapore Airlines, Blackstone Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, and the Ritz Casino.
JPC’s managing director, John Conry Jnr, said: “We are simply delighted and very proud to be maintaining our relationship with Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work. Securing the contract again after 10 years is testament to our team, the high quality of our service, and our commitment to our brand and our clients.”
Going forward, JPC will be introducing further innovation at Chiswick Park including faster, paperless reporting and tracking as well as a number of new cleaning technologies.
